Starting from - We will meet by the car park side of the Waterfront pub on Barton Marina. There is plenty of free parking and toilets.

Rides have limited spaces and those wishing to join the ride must sign up via Let's Ride to book their free place. This also allows ride leader to contact booked participants should there be any changes to the ride.

Please ensure that you have a road worthy bike. It is advised that you carry a spare inner tube and tools. A helmet is advisable and clothing to suit the weather. Please think about a 'get home plan' in the rare occurance that you have a problem with your bike that can't be fixed.

A method of payment is needed for coffee and cake.

The ride is 20 miles, leaving Barton Marina and heading out across the river Trent to Walton and then through a number of small, pretty villages before making a stop at The Coach House bakery and coffee shop at Clifton Campville. We will then return to Barton Marina. The route is mainly on quiet roads and country lanes. There is a section of B road between Barton and Walton which can be slightly busier but don't worry we will all stick together. The route does have some up's and down, you can take the hills at your own pace and we will regroup at the top, no one will be left behind.
