The bashed bridges tour

We leave the Cooper Park on the west bound cycle path, go up Jock Inkson's brae, and along Whittet Drive, Pluscarden Road, and over (yes! 'over') the Allerburn bridge. We turn right towards Cloves, then right again to look at the damaged bridge down there. We'll turn around after examining the damage, and cycle up to Miltonduff; turning right towards Pluscarden again, then left at the Green Hut (Pluscarden Hall), round Auchtertyre. Right again onto the Miltonduff-Birnie Road, right for a short while, then left over (yes! 'over' Cloddach bridge. We then proceed to Elgin Golf course, right down to the Costa roundabout on the A96 - crossing over to return to Cooper Park on the cycle path.

Have you been wondering where these damaged bridges are in Moray? And if they're really passable? Well, lets go take a look! This ride tours three of the recently damaged passovers, actually going over two of them. Take your hard hats if you must - but your helmets are probably good enough.

We'll be on minor roads and the cyclepath.
