This is an easy flat ride suitable for new riders, or riders looking to get back into cycling. We start from Pen y Gaer School at 9:30am.
We will be using off road routes through the village of Dafen and then onto Trostre for a stop off for coffee at Costa, we will then take the cycle route through Penyfan back into town.
We will stop at Costa Coffee in Trostre.
Please bring with you a some cash for your refreshments, a working bike, sense of humour and adventure.
