Organized by groups in the community, these rides are a great way to meet new people, explore your local area and to have fun riding your bike. You can find rides that are suitable for your level of experience and interests whilst enjoying being part of a social cycling community.

This ride will be through some of my favourite parts of Llanelli including the beach, parks avoiding the hills where we can. The route will be circular and will finish back at The Good Shed Cafe.

As the name of the group indicate Traffic Free Cymru Cycling, we will be using cycle paths, shared paths and a little bit of woodland here and there to keep us away from the road as much as possible.

I usually include a stop at a cafe to ensure everyone's water bottles are refilled and always good to have a break along the way.
