TFCC - Friday Freedom Ride - Adults Only

Introducing the Friday Freedom Rides, as a parent who cycles at the pace of my children, I have started this early morning ride that takes place straight after school drop off on Fridays. We can include other schools on our route, just let me know if you want to join and which school you will be at.

As the TFCC - Traffic Free Cymru Cycling describes we plan our routes to be as traffic free as possible, using shared cycle paths, little cut throughs, and low level traffic roads/streets when needed.

We usually include a cafe stop on our routes, a pause at the top of most hills to ensure the group stays together.

Please bring with you a spare inner tube, puncture repair kit, a sense of humour and adventure.
