This TFCC - Traffic Free Cymru Cycling ride is open for anyone to join

Every Friday I have a free 1 hour to do a bike ride, so I thought it would be really nice to find others who would like to join me cycling and exploring around Llanelli. The route will be somewhat improvised depending on the weather especially the wind, but generally will either do a loop that involves Swiss Valley, The Coastal Path or towards Trostre.
As the group is called TFCC - Traffic Free Cymru Cycling we will keep as off road as possible, using cycle paths, back lanes, and paths that you never knew existed.
I'm always happy to stop off at Costa especially if we do the Trostre Route, also we pause at the top of any hills to ensure we keep together
Please bring with you a puncture repair kit, spare inner tube, suitable clothing, sense of humour and adventure
