Women-only basic park paths plus off-road route - 6-8 miles   Ideal taster for anyone wanting to have a shot a basic off-road. Also includes paths and a few hills. Great way to improve from basic road riding to trails. Approx 8-11 mph riding speed  Bike must be in good working order with tyres pumped up. Suitable for hybrid, mountain bikes, shopping bikes and tourers.  Not appropriate for road bikes.
