Tea'stro -cycle on the flat

Starting at Humberston church we'll make our way to Tetney via the Tetney straight (main road) and then Tetney lock, travel through the villages of Marshchapel and Grainthorpe, turning towards Yarborough , and stopping off at the café at Northolme Farm. After our break we'll travel back to Humberston via Covenham Fulstow and through Tetney ...again with a short spell on the Tetney straight ( main road). I anticipate that the average speed for the ride will be around 11-13mph.

We'll be cycling mainly on quiet country roads

We'll stop at Tea'stro tea rooms for a break

Please wear a helmet and bring a waterproof / extra layer in case of showers . If it's raining heavily I'll cancel/ move the ride . Please also make sure you have a spare inner tube suitable for your bike, tyres levers and a pump. It's a good idea to pump your tyres up the night before . This way you can see if you have a slow puncture. If you have an ebike or electronic gears please make sure they're charged up. Bikes must be in a roadworthy condition.

This is a lovely ride on the flat. If you're getting into cycling or coming back to it ....or just don't like hills much,you'll get to cycle some of the lovely roads between Cleethorpes and Louth. We never leave anyone behind.
