Karen will be leading a 32 mile ride along country lanes to the George & Dragon in Quanton for Coffee
aiming for a speed of 12-14mph, but no-one will be left behind
Dress for weather - it might be cold & wet
Bring spare inner tube, etc
Bring cash for the cafe
