Tea and a P

Come on ladies, dust off your bikes and come and join us for a social, spring ride. It’s a lovely, varied route taking in some of Cuerden Valley, the beautiful Astley Park, then onwards through parts of Chorley onto the canal path to Adlington and our cafe stop. Suitably refreshed, our return skirts part of Rivington and back along the canal to Whittle.

A mixed route using canal path, shared cycle routes and some road. Undulating in parts but nothing we can’t tackle together.

Our cafe stop is the Teapi in Adlington

Please wear a helmet and be self sufficient with items to fix a puncture. Please have a plan to get home in case of mechanical breakdown. Bring a drink, snack if needed and payment method for the cafe. Please note: large, bulky e bikes may struggle to get through metal gateways onto and off the canal.
