46 miles with some hilly terrain linked by easier roads. Mostly on quiet country lanes. Cafe stop at 30 miles so bring some food/energy bars etc. You'll need to be reasonably fit and competent and be able to maintain an average riding speed of approx 10mph over "lumpy" terrain.
