Pace 12mph - 14mph average (depending on conditions)
Terrain: 90% off road, lots of muddy (but navigable) single track, with a few tough climbs thrown in.
If anyone wants to join me, I'll wait in the Moorhen car park at 11:00am. I will wait until 11:15 before heading off!
