About the route
This is a steady ride along quiet country lanes. It is a good idea to bring some water & you may want to bring a snack and money for refreshments. This is a relaxed social ride & there will be a cafe/cake stop!
Wearing a helmet is advisable; if you don't have one don't worry you can still take part. We always welcome newcomers to our rides which will be at the pace of the slowest person so no-one will be left behind.
