You don’t have to be the next Bradley Wiggins, but you’ll need to know your way around a bike and be fairly fit to take part in our Challenging rides. If you’re comfortable riding with other people and fancy a fresh challenge, these rides are perfect for you. They start at around twenty miles long, and are paced at between 11 and 12 miles an hour. Come and join us on a lovely flat (ish), circular route of 24.5 miles around the West Cheshire countryside. We will be using National Cycle Network Route 56 and tarmac roads to enable us to take in the sights of Capenhurst, Neston, Parkgate, Thornton Hough and the Lama and Ostriches on the way back to Capenhurs. Quiet roads and lots to see, a perfect way to spend a few hours on a bicycle !
