We will ride at a steady pace on quiet roads, cycle paths and possibly the canal tow path from Roxbourne Park to Syon park then onto Osterley House where we will stop for refreshments at the Stables cafe before returning via the canal. Hybrid tyres will be best for this ride.
Please check your bike thoroughly before you come. Bring water, a bike lock and card for the café, I also recommend you carry a spare inner tube.
