Sustrans Go Explore Swindon Loop

An opportunity to meet like minded people keen to discover new ways of getting about the town without resorting to the motor . Each ride will show you different sections of Route 45 which for the most part follows the route of the Old Midland and South West Junction Railway . This first ride of 11 miles which is mostly flat starts at Coate Water following Queens drive for a while before heading into the Lawns and Old Town passing through the grounds of Swindon Town Station and onto the old railway path, linking to the new Western Flyer and returning via the station and the County Ground.
