About the route
Starting point
On Brighton seafront opposite the end of East Street, by the Kissing Statue that stands at the top of the donut groyne.
Ride westbound along the bike lane to Hove lagoon, then along Basin Road to Shoreham Locks; follow NCN 2 through Shoreham to the Adur Bridge, into Shoreham Beach and the NCN past Lancing lagoon to Worthing. Option for pub stop in Shoreham on the return journey; or hot chocolate on the beach by prior agreement with riders!
