After coffee, we cycle through Mawdesley, Eccleston, Ulnes Walton and Midge Hall to get back to our starting point.
This route takes us past a farm growing sunflowers which should be a magnificent display.
The roads will be country lanes.
There will be a stop to take photographs of the sunflowers.
Please wear a helmet and bring equipment to deal with a puncture.
We never leave anyone behind
