Sunday Spin to Maglia Rosso

Starting from Newmarket Leisure Centre we will head out south of the town, passing through lovely Suffolk villages and countryside on our way to the popular cycle shop/cafe, Maglia Rosso near Lawshall. We will head back taking a slightly different route, completing almost 40 miles in total. This ride is not suitable for beginners.

A leisurely Sunday spin at a chatty pace.

This is an undulating route through some lovely Suffolk villages, predominantly on quiet roads. It is slightly challenging, with a couple of short hills. However, we will tackle them together and no-one will be left behind.

We will stop for refreshments at Maglia Rosso, so please bring some money/payment card.

Helmets are a must. Please also bring a mask, surgical gloves, anti-bac wipes and sanitiser with you. A spare inner tube and pump in case of punctures are strongly advised. Numbers are limited to 6. Please do not attend if you are experiencing any COVID-19 symptoms or if you have been advised to self isolate.
