Sunday shimmy to Shawford

We will be heading out of Winchester on the viaduct way cycle path, joining the main road from Hockley to Twyford and cycling back to Colden Common. Looping back to Twyford and into Shawford. We will stop for coffee at Platform 1, before pedalling back along the cycle path on our return journey.
There are a few small hills with a mix of paths, quiet roads, with a couple of short stretches on busier ones. We practice riding safely together as a group, leaving nobody behind.

You will need
A roadworthy bike & helmet
Money / payment card for the cafe stop
A lock for your bike
Water & a snack in case you need an energy boost or we are delayed before our planned stop.
Inner tube, tyre levers and pump in case of puncture ( if needed we fix these together, learning as we go)
Appropriate clothing for the weather conditions
