Parking is available at the meeting point, and it is free to park here on Sundays. There are toilets at the meeting point. Coffee can also be bought pre-ride from Old Mill Retreat Café, if desired. EN10 7AX

We will gather at 10.00hrs and will commence riding at 10.15. The session will last approx. 1 hour and 30 minutes incorporating a warm-up/warm-down alongside a focused session on an aspect of riding skills.

We will be cycling on mostly car-free paths, with some gravel/dirt roads, and a few low-traffic roads.
