PLEASE READ ALL OF THIS Fast, Challenging, Long and Hilly 50 mile Road Bike. Suitable for Road Bikes The first 25 miles is consistently Hilly culminating with a climb ver Caerphilly Mountain. The Pace will be 13 to 14 miles per hour average over the distance we're looking at 50 miles in 4 hours or under. There will be one refreshment stop in Cardiff Bay so you MUST bring food and drink on your bike to keep your nutrition and hydration balanced. This needs to be a length and pace that you are used to Having said that, this is a beautiful challenging ride that will leave you feeling exhilerated, we leave the top of Stow Hill and take the roads down to the A48 then into the lanes begining with a challenging climb up Pound Hill, the hills continue all the way to the top of Caerphilly Mountain then there is a fast descent into Cardiff and the Bay, from here it's the Gwent levels all the way back into Newport then one last hill challenge back up to the begining of the ride.
