A steady paced social ride for ladies, welcoming all makes and models of bikes (as long as they are in good working order). New riders are always welcome
We try to stick to lanes, shared user and cycle paths as much as we can. There will be times where we will use main roads briefly, to connect up to the lanes.
A coffee/breakfast stop will take place, more towards the end of the ride. Please ensure you have cash/card and a mouth covering (until regulations change). A cycling snood/neck tube is sufficient.
Helmets are compulsory on these rides. With our very cold weather, please ensure you have plenty of warm layers, a jacket and gloves; please carry any medication you may require and a spare inner tube if possible.
