PLEASE READ THE TIME.

Join me as I join Cycling Citizens for a magical early-morning ride to celebrate the longest day of the year. We’ll cycle together up Midsummer Boulevard, perfectly aligned with the rising sun—an iconic way to welcome the summer solstice in Milton Keynes.

This relaxed group ride is open to everyone—whether you ride every day or just love the idea of doing something special before breakfast. The full details of the Cycling Citizens event is here - https://www.facebook.com/share/p/1AwTYk4RHc/

FOR BREEZE RIDERS - You are very welcome to join the ride by meeting all the other riders at unity place where parking is available. However if you prefer not to go alone, you’re very welcome to ride up with me. I will be leaving the Willen pavilion at 3:45 am to join the other riders at the Pyramid for the sunrise (if you want to see the solstice which is an hour before sunrise, you will need to join the Cycling Citizens riders, I am going for the sunrise).

There is free parking available at Willen Pavilion and we will return to Willen pavilion.

I agree this event is probably not everyone’s cup of tea, but it is meant to be very special, and if you’re into that sort of thing apparently it’s additionally special because Milton Keynes is built on ley lines which directly connect to the Avebury Stone circle. Apparently there will actually be quite a lot of people at the pyramid to see the sunrise.
