This is a series of five rides for spring and summer - you can complete one or all five. We’ll meet at 6pm to get started for 6.10pm. There will be 2/3 Breeze champions on the rides and so we can ride in smaller groups and meet up along the route or at the end, if needs be. The rides will last no more than an hour and a half and be at conversational pace. It’s a good idea to bring some water, snack to keep you going and money for if we stop at a cafe. Please bring any medications and we’re hoping sun cream will be necessary! Wearing a helmet is advisable; if you don’t have one please do not to worry you can still take part.  If you enjoy the bike ride and would like to come again perhaps you could look to buy one then.  We really welcome newcomers to our rides; we will always ride at the pace of the slowest rider so no one is left behind. Don’t have a bike? We may have access to council bikes at a donation of £2, per usage. Please contact me at [email protected] to confirm your requirements. For more information on other rides taking place in the north please see our Facebook pages: Breeze network Preston and South Ribble
