Starting from - Meet at the Car park at Frenchwood Recreation Ground, Avenham Park, near Christ the King Catholic Maths and Computing College. If you’re coming by car it’s off London Road following the river onto the Boulevard. The car park is at the bottom on the left., PR1 4PE, PR1 6AS

Free, women-only bike rides led by experienced Breeze Champions. They are a great way to get started in cycling or to improve your skills, whether you are a beginner or a seasoned cyclist.

This ride will make use of the Preston Guild wheel and connecting cycle paths. We will ride at a steady pace so that we can enjoy the great views of the river ribble and parks along this route. Please bring a bottle of water/juice and be prepared our changeable weather. Note:This ride is done in association with Preston Wheels for All therefore bikes and helmets will be available in return for a small donation to this charity. We advise that all participants wear a helmet all riders under 18 must wear a helmet.
