Starting from - Meet at the Car park at Frenchwood Recreation Ground, Avenham Park, near Christ the King Catholic Maths and Computing College. If you’re coming by car it’s off London Road following the river onto the Boulevard. The car park is at the bottom on the left., PR1 4PE, PR1 4PE

Free, women-only bike rides led by experienced Breeze Champions. They are a great way to get started in cycling or to improve your skills, whether you are a beginner or a seasoned cyclist.

Steady evening ride starting from Frenchwood Recreation Area. The route will be predominately off road accessing paths around Avenham and Millar Park as well as sections of the Guild Wheel path. Route will provide a gentle introduction to bike riding for those looking to build confidence and fitness. Bike available to hire for a small £2 donation - please contact Alison on [email protected] to book a bike Please bring a bottle of water/juice and be prepared our changeable weather. We advise that all participants wear a helmet all riders under 18 must wear a helmet.
