From Tregaron, travel on the B Road to Pontrhydfendigaid, Cors Caron, then proceeding to Strata Florida. We will stop by the Abbey and may have refreshments there or in the Black Lion in Pontrhydfendigaid. We will then return back to Tregaron via the B road.
Please wear a helmet and bright clothing, also please bring spare inner tubes and tools.
