Starting from - Meet at the ‘Shared Cycle Path’ sign to the rear of the White Rock Beefeater/Premier Inn Car Park, Waddeton Road, Paignton . We have no permission to park in their car park so if arriving by car please park in front of the disused units on Waddeton Close (directly behind the Beefeater car park, TQ4 7RZ, TQ4 7RZ

Free, women-only bike rides led by experienced Breeze Champions. They are a great way to get started in cycling or to improve your skills, whether you are a beginner or a seasoned cyclist.

A last minute change to our Thursday route this week because a photographer from the Daily Telegraph will be joining us. We will be doing a version of the Stoke Steady the focus on this ride will be to make Breeze look friendly and inviting for beginners If you have a flat handlebar bike or mountain bike please bring this along. Casual clothes rather than lycra if possible. If you need to wear padded shorts perhaps consider putting another pair of shorts over the top Please bring a drink and spare tube with you Make up optional but don't think I can be trusted with it.
