Stockton-on-Tees - Wildlife and wilderness - 31 miler

Starting out from Wattcycles, join this route of North Yorkshire villages. It will take in Maltby, Hutton Rudby and Faceby villages en route to Gt. Suitably refreshed, riders will set off towards Ingleby Greenhow and be rewarded with fantastic views of the Cleveland Hills. Passing through Battersby and crossing the Middlesborough to Whitby railway line, the route will continue to Gt. Ayton, Seamer and Thornton on the way back to the start. This is a popular route travelling along minor country lanes that are undulating in places to stretch the legs!
