A relaxed 15 mile ride taking in some of the regions fantastic water wildlife and water sports. The ride starts off by joining a section of the 2016 British National Road Championships town centre course. After hopping back along the side of the river Tees it crosses the Millennium Bridge and runs parallel with the Championship Sprint Section before dropping back onto the river’s edge for a relaxed ride along the River Tees.
Once passed the salmon chasing seals it heads towards the iconic Newport Bridge, Transporter Bridge, the recent Temenos art installation and then a lap of Middlesbrough FC's football ground.
The route then heads back to Stockton on the South side of the river and after going under Newport Bridge it returns to the Tees Barrage International White Water Centre to end the ride near the newly installed Adventure climbing frame "Air Trail".
