From burnside we’ll head into the city and long the Broomielaw. At the Kingston bridge we’ll turn off and head through Kelvingrove park and join forth and Clyde canal at Maryhill. We’ll briefly head back to the recently built Stockingfield junction. After enjoying the views from the bridge we’ll head back down canal path towards Anniesland and stop at Lock27 for refreshments and toilet. After we’ve re fuelled we’ll continue down the canal path to Clydebank and visit the Titan crane. Our return route to Burnside will be along cycle path coming out on South street, then back through Glasgow Green.

This a steady and fairly flat route and we’ll aim for a pace of between 10-12mph.

For everyone’s safety most of this ride will be on traffic free paths. Please ride at a pace that suits everyone, so all can enjoy the ride.
