This ride is for ADVANCED RIDERS well above beginner level at average speed 13 mph for 50 miles, best done with skinny road tyres and is NOT suitable for mountain bike tyres. do not pass the leader unless you know the road ahead, please shout back any warnings given (bollards etc )
The route is a mixture of road surfaces, mostly quiet roads with hill climbs. stopping for snack, approx 25 miles
For the safety and enjoyment of all riders please check your bike is roadworthy, that you are capable of this mileage, your able to maintain average speed 13 mph for 45 miles. Bring helmet, tools, 2 tubes, waterproofs (even in good weather) and lights for your bike, also enough food and drink
