9:30 The Cycle Hub, Quayside, Newcastle Upon Tyne, NE6 1BU This ride is for regular riders above beginner level at average speed 10 mph, mostly on trails or quiet roads, which can be done on most bikes with a bit more tread.
For the safety and enjoyment of all riders please check your bike is roadworthy, that you are capable of the route mileage, your able to maintain average speed 10 mph for entire ride. Bring: helmet, tools, 2 tubes, waterproofs (even in good weather) and lights for your bike, also enough food and drink for hydration and energy
