We'll wiggle through the lanes from KGV, heading down to the coast at Cobo. We'll turn north and cycle up the coast to The Beach House at Pembroke. Option here to peal off home, have a drink, or head back to KGV with one of the Breeze leaders.
This will be a steady ride, enjoying some quieter lanes, before a chance to enjoy a cycle up the coast road, not having to worry about junctions, or traffic lights!
