A leisurely bike ride around the roads and lanes of South Lakeland. We head out of Kendal towards Natland, Sedgwick and then Brigsteer. We then ride to Crosthwaite and Crook before reaching Staveley. We will return to Kendal via the back lane.

This is an undulating ride through lovely countryside with no really steep climbs. Great views along the way.

Most of the route is mainly on narrow lanes and quiet country roads.

We will stop at Wilf's (Staveley) cafe for refreshments.

Helmets, spare inner tube, drinks bottle are advisable. Please bring money if you wish to buy refreshments
