Star Wars Day - Ride of the Speeder bikes (but we will go slow!)

The classic ride from Maryport along the promenade to join the cycle path to Allonby. Nice and flat, this is a lovely little ride to get us going as the weather begins to improve.

A great ride for newbies to Breeze, or anyone who hasn’t ridden much lately. It’s flat and it’s traffic free.

We can grab coffee in Allonby before riding back the same way. The ride is timed to allow the Maryport Prom Parkrun to have finished before we begin, which offers the potential for a duathlon if anyone wishes to complete the parkrun first!

Completely traffic free this ride is really flat!

Once we arrive in Allonby we shall get refreshments before returning to the start point the same way we came.

Make sure you have a correctly fitted helmet and a spare inner tube (just in case) if you’re not sure what type you need drop me a message, I can help. Maybe bring a drink if it’s going to be warm and dress for the weather. Layers give the most options!
