Staddon Heights and Town

We will breeze out of Cot Hill Close and turn left before the river into the splendid Saltram Park which we crave through up to Stag Lodge. We then bear right onto Colesdown Hill as we rise and fall to the Anchorage pub and on to the Elburton pub before veering off to Elburton Village. We are off. Down Wembury Road before the steep climb to Staddiscombe garage then along to Hooe Lane as we crest this majestic hill with views out to the sea. Past the Golf Course then we plummet down towards Fort Stafford via Jennycliffe with stunning vistas over the Sound. We then undulate through Hooe and Plymstock to Railway line trail at Oreston before cruising into town as coffee calls at Maritimos. We head through town to west Hoe before a short climb to the cafe. Refreshed its back via the Barbican, Coxside and the Embankment to our start point after a superb ride.

We will stop as required and a refreshment break on the Hoe or Barbican.
