St Helens Parks and Dreams

heading out from Rainford along the A570 cycle path , we head into St Helens for a tour of some of our parks , before heading up to The Dream Statue , then heading up along Sankey Valley into Carr mill , before climbing up a quiet road into Billinge , then heading down to Kings Moss in the shadow of Shaley Brow , and looping back through Crawford to the start point .
Please note we ride at an average speed of between 9 and 11 MPH , please make sure you can ride at this pace and for the distance . Because of the little extra aspects of this ride , it actually runs to 34.52 miles rather than 33 miles .

the dream , woodys cafe , anything bought will be consumed outside !

helmet , tubes , pump , tools , suitable clothing for the conditions , money, standard covid kit , ie wipes ,tissues , hand gel , plastic or latex type gloves .

This is a slightly tougher ride over 30 plus miles with a few hills in for good measure! Please only book on this ride if you can do the distance with hills and are feeling ok .
