This ride will be running alongside a Breeze Ride. Bring out the Red, White & Blue and celebrate St Georges Day with a bike ride. Riding mainly on shared cycle paths we will leave the Blackheath Tea Hut & ride through Greenwich Park and head towards Tower Bridge along the Thames path. At the bridge we will continue along Tooley St, over Blackfriars Bridge then along the Embankment to Trafalgar Square. Some cycle lanes will be on busy roads so you must be confident in heavy traffic. After looking at the stalls/entertainment, the break will be in Victoria Gardens. Please bring at least one spare inner tube, lights, lock, water any snacks to eat on the way & money for refreshments. Dress for the weather. Whilst the ride can be ridden on any bike hybrid/MTB will be a more comfortable ride for this route,
