We will be aiming to ride at a 'Steady' pace of 10-12 mph.

Come and join Hazel & Sally on an undulating St George's Day cycle ride. You may even like to wear something appropriate to celebrate the day (red & white, blue, Union Jack, red roses, dragons)?

A lumpy Steady Ride starting at Alfrick Community Shop & Cafe. Depending upon weather conditions and cyclists booked on the ride, we may include Crews Hill in the route. The distance will be 18 - 20 miles.

We will be travelling along quiet country lanes.

There are no planned stops en route, but we will return to the Community Cafe for coffee, homemade cakes or sandwiches at the end of the ride. You will need to bring some method of payment for the cafe if you plan to join us.

You should also remember to bring your bike, an helmet, your own tools (pump, spare inner tube, tyre levers, a multi tool) suitable clothing for the weather conditions, a drink plus any medication you may require.

We never leave anyone behind and will regroup as necessary at various stages along the route.
