About the route
This will be a leisurely ride leaving the community centre and using the cycle routes passing Rougham Airfield and onto Thurston where we can stop for refreshments in the pub or return to the community centre and have refreshments in the bar.
I prefer my ladies to wear helmets but that's your choice.
