St Davids Day ride

This route does not have any hills and we never leave anyone behind.

We will meet at the canal basin outside the theatre in Brecon. There is a pay and display car park close by and toilet facilities at the Theatre.

We will start along the canal path as far as Brynich Loch where we will then join the roads and cycling through quiet lanes towards Talybont on Usk.

The canal side cafe is our usual stop for coffee it is under new management I hope we can get a coffee there otherwise we can have a short stop then return to the Theatre cafe and enjoy our coffee and hopefully a welsh cake there.

Helmets are essential and any layers or clothing suitable for the weather, A drink of water is a good idea. Please make sure your bike is in good working order and tyres pumped up before arriving for the ride. A spare inner tube or puncture repair kit is recommended as well.
