Join me, Ride Leader Lin for a cycle to Grampound. Leaving C4 we will cycle down to Kingswood, out to Polgooth then up to Treloweth and on to Hewas water before cycling the back lanes of Coombe and making our way out to Grampound for our refreshment stop.
We will then cycle back via Creed and up towards Heligan and the back lanes before returning to Polgooth and back into St Austell. The ride is approx 25 miles and an intermediate ride and we will hit some hills to challenge our legs.
