St Andrews Church - Beach and Back cycle

Sunny! hopefully groovy ride out from St Andrews Church with Ray & Andy We will ride to Lepe Beach, for a swim....:-) then hopefully back via exbury) a well deserved cafe stop at Lepe too. The route is about 16 miles, we can flex if needed! at a pace everyone will be happy with..no one left behind:-) IMPORTANT: Andy and myself will have some basic bike multi tools and we will carry out some bike checks before we start. But please make sure your bike is in good working order, bring spare tube/s, bike pump and patches. Dress for our special UK weather too!! ideally will suit road/hybrid/mountain bikes-as mainly on road/cycle lanes Bmx bikes may be a challenge!! also bring your favourite snacks and water/drinks... any questions give Chris Kidd a shout see you there..10.30am It'll be fun!
