The hilly route heads out via Harrow Weald Common, Borehamwood, Ridge, Shenley and St Albans for a refreshment break, The return route will be St Albans Catherdral, Gorehambury Park, Bedmond, Watford, Carpenders Park, Harrow.

A ride to St Albans and back with a coffee stop at the Cathedral cafe

Quieter roads where possible but this ride does use busier suburban roads. This is also quiet a hilly ride.

Refreshment stop at St Albans

Please wear a helmet. Carry spare inner tubes, puncture repair outfit, water for ride and payment for refreshments. Please check the weather and dress accordingly.
