The route may change according to conditions, but the plan is to head out via Harrow Weald Common, Borehamwood, Ridge, Shenley and St Albans, The return route will be Bedmond, Watford, Bushey Heath, Harrow

A ride to St Albans and back with a coffee stop at the Cathedral cafe

Quieter roads where possible but this ride does use busier suburban roads. This is also quiet a hilly ride.

Refreshment stop at St Albans

Please wear a helmet. Carry spare inner tubes, puncture repair outfit, water for ride and payment for refreshments. Please check the weather and dress accordingly.
