Starting at Stanley ferry we head north on a mixture of roads and trails to Rothwell. From here it's a drop down to the canal side eventually joining the rspb St aidens site. A circuit of the nature reserve brings us to the cafe. From the cafe its either a short trip via the trans pennine trail to Stanley ferry or a slightly longer route via the linesway.

Helmets are mandatory on random wheelers rides. Please bring money for cafe and clothing for the conditions of the day.
