"Sssh...... Quiet Lane"

A wonderful ride around the country lanes, starting from Daisy Chain Nursery, The Old Hall, Wellington, cycling to Shawbury through to Wappenshall, Preston on the Weald, through to Kynnersley and along the Walls via the Quiet Lane (so no singing along the lane ladies !!!! Lol) up on the Newport Road and then into Edgmond, taking a left turn into Pave Lane into Newport stopping at The Den for the obligatory coffee and cake stop. Our return journey takes us back up Pave Lane, onto Edgmond Road, and then the cycle paths to the Humbers, past Hoo Farm, back to Preston on the Weald and then to Wappenshall and back to our starting point.

This is mostly a flat route so we are aiming for a pace of 10-12mph. Where we will be able to enjoy the beautiful villages and get to see where the ancient British Camp was situated at the Walls. You will be supported by your Breeze Champions all the way no one gets left behind. Please do not hesitate to contact us if you have any queries about the ride.

Please wear suitable clothing for riding this time of year and of course your helmet. No Helmet No Ride !!!! You will need money for your refreshments. Bike Locks are not necessary but if you wish to bring one with you for your security. Also a water bottle to rehydrate along the ride.
