We'll be riding a mix of traffic free paths, residential streets, quiet lanes and we will cross the ford at Hail Weston (you will need to be able to carry your bike
We'll stop for a drink and a snack and if anyone fancies a natter we'll have a cuppa at the end of the ride at Ambience Cafe
You must wear a helmet on this ride. Please bring tools to fix a puncture (spare inner tube, tyre levers, a pump, any tools needed to remove your wheel). You might want to bring a drink and a snack and an extra layer. A waterproof is also recommended! Please don't ride if you are feeling unwell.
